HRBench connects to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting and turns your workforce and hiring data into 45+ ready-made metrics, then adds the workforce benchmarks and engagement surveys SuccessFactors does not include. Your team gets headcount and quality-of-hire trends in about four to six weeks, without building Story Reports or licensing People Analytics.

Yes. HRBench connects to SAP SuccessFactors and reads your core HR, time-off, pay, and recruiting data from Employee Central and Recruiting. The connection is prebuilt, so there is no custom development on your side. Most customers are live in about four to six weeks.
HRBench reads employee and employment records, org structure and locations, compensation and payroll results, PTO balances, and time-off and absence events from Employee Central, plus candidates, applications, jobs, requisitions, offers, interview scorecards, and EEO data from Recruiting. It does not read benefit enrollments, employer benefit plans, dependents, or worked-hours timecards from SuccessFactors. Everything HRBench reports is grounded in the data it actually reads.
HRBench produces 45+ workforce and hiring metrics from SuccessFactors data: headcount and growth, turnover and retention, internal mobility, time-off and absence, compensation spread and pay equity, and the full hiring funnel from application to offer. It also adds 25+ predictive metrics, such as flight-risk and hiring forecasts, that SuccessFactors does not calculate on its own.
No. HRBench sits on top of SuccessFactors, it does not replace it. SuccessFactors stays your system of record for HR and recruiting. HRBench reads that data and turns it into ready-made metrics, benchmarks, and predictions, so you get the analysis layer without building it inside Story Reports or standing up a BI tool.
Yes. HRBench connects to Employee Central for core HR, org, pay, and time-off data, and to SuccessFactors Recruiting for candidates, jobs, offers, and hiring activity. If you run Employee Central Payroll, HRBench reads pay results from there too. You connect once and HRBench keeps the data current.
Yes, and this is where SuccessFactors shops get the most out of HRBench. Because HRBench reads both Recruiting and Employee Central, it can follow a new hire from the source and recruiter that brought them in through to how long they stay and how they perform. That gives you quality-of-hire and first-year attrition by source, which neither module shows on its own.
Yes. HRBench includes workforce benchmarks for every customer, so you can see how your turnover, time-to-fill, and headcount ratios compare to other companies. SuccessFactors only offers external benchmarking through its separately licensed Workforce Analytics module. HRBench includes it as standard.
Yes. Engagement surveys are included for every HRBench customer, and the results sit next to your SuccessFactors workforce data. You can line up engagement scores against turnover, tenure, and manager without buying a separate survey product. SuccessFactors handles engagement through a separate Qualtrics-based product, which HRBench does not require.
Most SuccessFactors customers are live in about four to six weeks, and smaller organizations are often faster. The integration is prebuilt, so most of that time goes to validating your data and configuring the metrics and benchmarks you care about, not to building the connection.
Book a personalized walkthrough and get a custom benchmark report built from your own headcount, turnover, and cost data. You'll leave the call knowing exactly what HRBench can surface from your HRIS, ATS, and engagement systems.
