Yes. HRBench connects directly to Breathe and turns your people and time-off data into ready-made workforce metrics, plus the benchmarks and engagement surveys Breathe does not offer.
HRBench reads the core people and org data Breathe stores: employee and employment records, company structure, locations, teams and groups, benefit enrollment, and time-off events. It does not read payroll, PTO balances, timesheets, dependents, or benefit plan definitions, since Breathe does not make that data available through the connection HRBench uses. Recruiting and rota or time-tracking data stay out of reach too, since Breathe sells those as separate add-on modules.
Headcount and org structure trends, turnover and retention by team or location, absence and time-off patterns, and benefit enrollment participation, plus benchmarks against other companies and engagement survey results layered on top.
No. Breathe stays the system for day-to-day HR admin: employee records, leave requests, and onboarding. HRBench sits on top of that data to answer the bigger workforce questions Breathe's own reports were not built to handle.
Not directly. Those are separate Breathe products sold apart from the core platform, with their own data. HRBench reads the core Breathe HR platform: people records, org structure, benefits, and time off.
Yes. HRBench turns the time-off events Breathe syncs into absence trend and risk analysis, included for every HRBench customer rather than locked to Breathe's higher pricing tiers, and benchmarked against other companies rather than just your own history.
Yes. Breathe reports on a company's own data only, with no benchmark against other companies. HRBench adds workforce benchmarks pulled from other companies on the platform, so a Breathe number like turnover or absence rate gets context beyond your own history.
Yes. Breathe's engagement feature is a single-question NPS survey, and only on Regular plans and above. HRBench includes full engagement surveys for every customer, laid alongside the workforce metrics built from Breathe data.
Most Breathe connections take 4 to 6 weeks, with smaller organizations often live sooner.
