Yes. HRBench connects to ADP Workforce Now, RUN Powered by ADP, ADP Next Gen HCM, and ADP DECIDIUM. Once connected, your ADP people and payroll data flows into HRBench and becomes 45+ ready-made workforce metrics. Most ADP customers are live in about four to six weeks.
HRBench reads employee and employment records, org structure, locations, and teams, compensation and payroll, benefit enrollments and plan definitions, PTO balances, and time-off events. It does not read worked-hours timecards, dependents, or recruiting data, since those do not come through the ADP connection. Everything HRBench reports about your workforce is built from the fields above.
Headcount and org structure, down to department, location, and team. Turnover and retention by manager and tenure. Compensation and pay-equity gaps from your payroll data. Labor cost by department and cost center. Benefits participation across your enrolled population. PTO balances and absence patterns. On top of that, HRBench adds 25+ predictive metrics, including flight-risk scoring that shows where turnover is likely next.
No. HRBench sits on top of ADP. ADP stays your system of record for payroll and HR, and HRBench reads from it to give you the analytics layer, so you get workforce metrics, benchmarks, and predictions without building custom reports or exporting to a spreadsheet.
Yes. HRBench supports ADP Workforce Now, RUN Powered by ADP, ADP Next Gen HCM, and ADP DECIDIUM. Coverage is deepest on Workforce Now, which supplies people, org, full payroll, benefits, PTO, and time-off. RUN supplies people, org, and payroll. If you run more than one ADP product or company, HRBench brings them into one view.
Yes. HRBench reads your ADP payroll data, including earnings, deductions, and payroll runs, so you can see compensation by role and level, spot pay-equity gaps across groups, and measure labor cost by department against headcount. Because the figures come from actual payroll runs, finance and HR work from the same numbers. HRBench does not read worked-hours timecards from ADP, so hours and overtime analysis is not included.
Yes. Workforce benchmarks are included for every HRBench customer, so you can compare turnover, headcount growth, compensation, and other metrics against companies like yours. ADP offers benchmarking too, through its DataCloud module, which is a separate purchase. With HRBench, benchmarks come standard, with no add-on to license.
Yes. Engagement surveys are included for every HRBench customer. Survey results sit next to your ADP workforce data, so you can line up engagement scores against turnover, tenure, pay, and org structure and see which teams are at risk. There is no separate survey tool to buy.
Most ADP customers are live in about four to six weeks, and smaller teams are often faster. The ADP connection is set up once, then HRBench keeps your workforce data current so your metrics refresh on their own.
Book a personalized walkthrough and get a custom benchmark report built from your own headcount, turnover, and cost data. You'll leave the call knowing exactly what HRBench can surface from your HRIS, ATS, and engagement systems.
