We’re thrilled to announce users can now create custom HRIS metrics within HRBench!
If your organization tracks metrics not currently included in our standard metric library, you can now add them to further tailor your reporting and analysis.
How It Works:
- HRBench now supports custom metric creation, giving teams greater flexibility in tracking the data that matters most to them.
- Custom metrics are fully integrated into your metric library and dashboards for deeper analysis and alignment with your internal KPIs.
How to Get Started:
- In this initial release, custom metrics must be added by the HRBench team.
- Reach out to your Client Services Representative with the metric(s) you’d like to create, and we’ll help get them set up.
